Tasting notes:
Lovely clear gleaming colour tinted with light bright gold. Low-temperature fermentation gives this wine a great aromatic delicacy based on honey drupes such as peach and plum and white flowers (acacia, may). It has a perfect balance of alcohol and acidity in the mouth. A supple fruity wine. It goes perfectly with any dish of crustaceans or fish and goat’s cheeses. It also goes well with desserts.
