Age of the vines: 50 years old

Harvesting: Hand picking at full ripeness parcel by parcel

Production: 50 000 bottles

Ample, rich and fleshy wine with a good body and nice aromas of lime intertwined with vanilla and toast notes. Long-keeping white wines that will blossom after two years in cellars. Perfectly matched with white meat, saucy fish, some shellfish and fermented milk cheeses.
