Terms and Conditions
Age Restriction
It is our policy to not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of eighteen in accordance with the law. By placing an order with us you confirm that you are over eighteen. If the wine you purchase is a gift then the recipient must also be over eighteen.
Ordering
We can accept orders via this website, by telephone, fax or by post. All orders are accepted subject to availability of stocks.
Prices
All prices quoted are per bottle and are inclusive of V.A.T. unless stated otherwise
Payment
Our website can accept payment by Laser, Visa or Mastercard.
Delivery

At peak times, particularly Christmas, your wine may take longer to arrive so we do ask you to place your orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment. If you do have any special requirements regarding delivery please contact us and we will do our best to facilitate you.

If you think you (or the recipient) won't be home to accept the wine you can choose to have it delivered to another address. It is mandatory that a contact number is provided for all delivery addresses.
Our promise on quality
If you purchase wine on our site and you are unhappy with the quality or simply do not like the wine, we will refund you for the wine that has not been opened and remains in saleable condition on its return. (See claims policy).
Claims
Shortage, pilferage, breakage, defective product and non-delivery: Claims should be notified to the carrier or
to Fíon Wines within three days of receipt or seven days from dispatch. All defective goods should be held for inspection or until notified otherwise by us.
If your wine does not arrive in reasonable condition you should notify us as soon as possible. If the wine is visibly damaged on delivery you should refuse delivery and request that the wine is returned to us and we will replace it free of charge when we are notified of this by you.

Availability
Wine is an agricultural product and although we do our best to avoid it, at times a wine or stated vintage may become unavailable. In the event that you have ordered a specific wine. we will substitute the ordered wine with a wine of similar or higher quality and price at no extra cost to you. In instances when you have ordered from our Wine List and the wine in question is six bottles or more we will do our best to contact you to ask would you like to choose something else or wait until the wine becomes available. Please note that current vintages are displayed in the wine title description. Vintages shown on both label and bottle shots of wines may not be representative of current vintage.
Title
Title of the goods shall be retained by Fíon Wines until payment in full has been received.
Application
These terms and conditions shall apply to all sales of goods by Fíon Wines and the placing of an order with the company is deemed to be acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions.
