Ecological Red + Natura Vintage 2005

This wine has been made under the strictest control of the Catalan Council for Ecological Agricultural Production (CCPAE). This means that it conforms completely to the regulations governing ECOLOGICAL wines.

In order to safeguard these requirements, CAVAS MARRUGAT has an exclusive supplier of Penedès DO ecological grapes.

This wine has been made from grapes belonging to the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties.

The production process has been designed to ensure that it retains all its essential nature. Its several months in the cask have helped it to retain a powerful structure.

Intense violet in colour.

With extremely intense aromas recalling fruits of the forest such as blackberries, blackcurrants, blueberries, etc. A slight touch of roasted notes reveals its time in the cask, but these are always gentle so as not to push out the aromas from the grapes.

In the mouth it is powerful, with good body, and alcoholic. It retains a large amount of fruit which mixes with the tannins to convey a sensation of strength, corroborated by long persistence in the mouth.
