Product Description
Pi del Nord 2000
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the 2000 harvest were selected one by one before being transformed into wine and left to rest for 24 months in the cask. The wine was then bottled in 2003 and since that time has continued its refining process in the darkness of our cellars. A far from conventional wine made according to the whimsy of our wine experts, thinking of a superlative and different wine.
Suggestions: Serving temperature: 19º C. Serve in a large, wide glass to obtain maximum oxygenation. This way, the different sweet aromas of red fruits, which were not perceptible at first, will gradually appear.
Appearance: Dark mahogany in colour with certain deep red undertones.
Aroma: A strong structure and concentration of tastes, with very powerful tannins and notable quality, fineness and robustness.
Taste: With its own personality and highly persistent, full of undertones that gradually make their appearance once the glass has been oxygenated.
