Chateldon Gran Reserva

This wine comes from the Montanyans estate belonging to Bodegas Pinord in the Alt Penedès. Made with the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety and a small proportion of Merlot.

It follows a meticulous production process including a maceration time of three weeks. It is then put into casks where it is left to rest for 24 months.

Appearance: Dark reddish brown in colour.

Aroma: The long time spent ageing stands out with great intensity. If you allow some oxygen into the glass spicy aromas, vanilla and leather will appear wich you later find in the mouth.

Taste: A palate perfectly balanced between the maturity of the wine and tannins that give it velvety sensations with a long and pleasant aftertaste
