Grower: Jean-Pierre CAVAGNA “ MAS FLORENTINS”
Yield: 42hl per hectare.
Grape varieties: 60% grenache, 40% syrah
Terroir: Escarpments with very poor soil of deep scree and scattered sand and stone.
Vinification: Destemmed grapes with the varieties vinified separately in the traditional way. Vatting for 21 days.
Tasting notes: The mouth is fresh, full and silky with flavours of wild fruit and garrigue. A smooth robust wine. Deep and dense in colour. A powerful nose of blackberry and black fruit.
Ageing potential: Ready to drink now.
