Grower: René Blisson

Terroir: Urgonian limestone scree and ancient alluvia 45hl/ha.

Grape varieties: Grenache & syrah.

Vinification: Destemmed grapes; fermentation temperature 26°C; vatting for 15 days.

Tasting notes: A clear shimmering ruby red. The nose offers aromas of red fruit. Smooth, fresh and elegant in the mouth with harmonious tannins where notes of spice prevail.

Ageing potential: 2 years.
