Vineyard area: 8 hectares.

Soil: Slim gravels on a gravely and clayey-calcareous sub-soil.

Grape varieties: 45% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot

Age of the vines: 25 years old
