Soil: Clayey-gravely and clayey-calcareous.

Grapes varieties: 50 % Merlot rouge, 50 % Cabernet Sauvignon.

The average age of the vineyard is 20

Harvesting: Green harvest, leaf-removals, disbudding. Hand picking at full ripeness of the grapes.

Winemaking: Traditional winemaking with a long vatting in stainless steel vats.

Ageing: This wine ages in vats for 9 months and then in oak barrels (with new barrels) for 9 months

Production: Around 100,000 bottles

Elegant and supple wine with oodles of fruit and mellow slightly woody tannins

To taste with red meats, little game and cheeses
